El Primer Contacto is a course designed to prepare mental health therapists for the first contact with their Spanish-Speaking patients. In this course, you will learn key Spanish vocabulary and phrases that will help you navigate the entire screening process, from introductions to scheduling. You will also learn about cultural nuances to better understand and connect with your patients. By the end of the course, you will have a solid foundation to build upon as you continue your Spanish mental health journey.

2. Introduce yourself professionally.
3. Complete a brief mental health screen.
4. Describe clinical and administrative policies related to supervision, telehealth, scheduling, and cancellations.
